Shipping / Delivery

We deliver Thursday - Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays) via DPD.

Orders must be received a minimum of 48 Hours in advance of delivery date, by 6pm.

Delivery company & Dispatch

We use DPD who deliver 8am – 8pm. If you provide us with a mobile number then DPD will text you a one hour time slot.

DPD can deliver to UK addresses (excluding all offshore islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland).

We’ve put a lot of time and effort into developing our products and packaging to not only look and taste spectacular; but to be able to still look and taste fabulous after travelling across the country to you. Unfortunately despite our best efforts, there are still a small number of occasions where things happen beyond our control and our carefully packaged food does get damaged; if this is the case please do feel free to get in touch with our friendly customer service team on 0203 6933 888  who are available from 07:00-22:00 who’ll be happy to help.

Thank you for your interest and patience on this. At present we are only able ship within the United Kingdom however we are looking at international shipping options and hope to be able to offer this in the future.

PRODUCTS / PACKAGING

As our One Fine Dine meals are all prepared fresh to order by our kitchen team; all our meals must be consumed within 48 hours of delivery and must be kept refrigerated when they arrive with you at home to ensure they remain as fresh as possible.

All of our menu items are all designed to serve one person per dish with the exception of the cheeseboard which can serve 1-4 people dependent on which size you opt for.

We offer a range of set menus which are updated regularly by our kitchen team; they’re always working on a range of new, fresh and exciting ideas which are added both seasonally and for special occasions.

All of our Petit Fours are served in portions of 3; these are offered as chefs choice however we are of course happy to work with you on any allergens or dietaries you may have.

Sustainability forms a key cornerstone of our business and is something that is a key part of everything we do at One Fine Dine, from sourcing of ingredients right through to packaging and recycling. With this in mind we’re proud to say that all our One Fine Dine packaging is 100% recyclable and our shipping boxes are also 100% compostable.

REHEATING / PLATING

All of our menu items include a full list of relevant key allergens alongside each item on the webpage. We ask that if you do have any specific allergens or dietary requirements that you let us know in the box on the checkout page; whilst we will do everything we can to accommodate these, please do kindly note that there may be certainly elements of each dish that cannot be amended or changed, our customer service team will contact you to chat through any questions or changes to your menu due to dietary requirements or allergens

Our background in delivering stunning food and drink on board the world’s finest private jets means that we are the world leaders in designing stunning menus that are easy and simple to plate no matter what your skill level in the kitchen. All of our One Fine Dine menus can be heated using just an oven and come with flash cards containing pictures and clear step by step instructions to help you plate each dish like a true MasterChef.

GIFTCARDS

Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

Use of promotional codes. Promotional  codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.

Email vouchers. Email vouchers shall be provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.

Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total value of the meal.
